Rep. Dold Delivers Baseball Equipment to the North Chicago Community H.S. Baseball Team
NORTH CHICAGO, IL – U.S. Congressman Robert J. Dold (IL-10) visited the North Chicago Community High School baseball team on Monday afternoon. Dold delivered baseball equipment to them that was donated by the Sporting Goods Manufacturers Association.
“I want to applaud Coach David Ferguson and all the hardworking members of the North Chicago Community High School baseball team,” said Dold. “I am happy to donate this equipment to you and I want to thank the Sporting Goods Manufacturers Association for their generosity.”
Dold, a participant in the 2011 Congressional Baseball game, presented North Chicago Community High School with baseball equipment that was used in that game. The Sporting Goods Manufacturers Associations wanted to ensure that the equipment went to good use and Dold volunteered to bring the equipment to the North Chicago baseball team.
