TRUE Hockey Launches New Business-to-Business E-commerce Site

Memphis, TN – TRUE Hockey, a division of True Temper Sports, announces the launch of the new TRUE Hockey business-to-business e-commerce web site powered by PlumRiver.

The new site will provide TRUE Hockey retailers with easy order entry and acknowledgement, real-time inventory availability, access to key documents such invoicing, tracking, sales orders and pricing and information regarding current promotions and special offers.

“This new e-commerce site will completely change the way we can interact with and service our customers, and will ultimately take our TRUE Hockey business to the next level,” Dave McNally, manager of marketing and business development for TRUE Hockey said. “Our retail customers will have the ability to place orders in a more efficient and user-friendly manner and be able to do so twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.”

TRUE Hockey selected PlumRiver as their e-commerce partner based on PlumRiver’s extensive footwear, apparel and sporting goods accessory client portfolio, which also includes several other hockey equipment manufacturers.
